Several rule changes are to spells or feats. These changes are listed here, but generally. You can find the full details of those changes in the actual listing of that content type.

3rd Party and Proprietary 3.X Content That Has Been Allowed Spells, Feats, and other things which are allowed in the Harvest Moon Campaign.
Ability Points Characters gain an ability point every 3 levels instead of 4.
