Use:
A character must possess the appropriate weapons skill to use the launcher.
These explosives are fired from a large launcher using either a rocket or other propellant. Damage is marked by by damage dealt to the struck target and then damage dealt in the radius of the blast. The damage dealt is half fire, half physical.
Each range increment after the first requires 1 additional round of travel time.
Any artillery may be made into a bomb at 2/3 the cost and without the physics requriement. Bombs have no range and explode when the detonator is triggered, usually on impact. Usually, the ability to fly or a timer is required to make safe and practical use of a bomb.
