Harvest Moon Campaign World

Feats

There are several new feats for the Harvest Moon Campaign World. Mainly these feats fall into two different categories. The first revolves around the new systems, Psionics and Gadgeteering. Psionic feats are only available to Psionic characters but Gadgeteering feats may be taken by anyone. See the Psionics and Gadgeteering sections for more information on these systems. The other type of feat you will find here are those which allow characters to do some things which should be possible in this campaign world which other campaigns would not prefer. Those Feats are added because they are not overly powerful and are far easier than modifying a character class or coming up with a new one.

Combat
Elusive Rider You and your mount both have evasion if one of you does.
Fill Chambers Reload two extra bullets per gun per round.
Firearms Group Weapon Proficiency No penalty on attacks made with one group of firearms
Grappled Gunfighting Use your revolvers in a grapple.
Sniper Training Deal ranged precision damage at a greater distance.
Subdued Fighting You are especially trained to subdue rather than kill your opponents.
Thumb Reload Reload revolvers with one hand.
Gadgeteering
Build Computational Devices You can create complex Computational Devices with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Build Energy Discharge Machines You can create complex Energy Discharge Gadgets with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Build Energy Field Devices You can create complex Energy Field Device Gadgets with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Build Energy Generators and Capacitors You can create complex Energy Generators and Capacitors with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Build Energy Projection Devices You can create complex Energy Projection Devices with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Build Explosive Device You can only use craft skills to create Gadgets from the Rennaissance Tech Level or earlier.
Build Firearms You can create complex Firearms Gadgets with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Build Medical Implants You can create complex Medical Implants with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Build Powered Armor and Gadget Mounts You can create complex Powered Armor and Gadget Mounts with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Build Vehicles You can create complex Vehicle Gadgets with a Tech Level of Industrial or later.
Improved Gadgeteering Create your Specialty Gadgets at 50% cost.
Oversized Gadget Use Use larger weapon-like Gadgets without penalty.
General
Augment Companion Improve the survivability of your animal companion.
Augment Familiar Improve the survivability of your familiar.
Augment Healing You are able to heal others at a slightly better rate.
Extra Special Increase one of your minor per-day ability uses by four.
Gadgeteering You may take Gadgeteering Feats
Gunslinger Aura You are a Gunslinger.
Improved Skirmish Improve your skirmish dodge bonus.
Management Material Gain an extra bonus when helping.
More Wild Shape You gain two more uses of your Wild Shape ability.
Supreme Skirmish Further improve your dodge bonus from the Skirmish ability.
Gunslinger
Bloodied Quarry Gunslinger causes favored enemy to bleed, thus making it easier to track them down.
Crack Shot Deal 2d6 extra damage on a single attack with a revolver or rifle.
Crack Shot Specialization Increase the threat range of a weapon when using Crack Shot.
Danger Sense Gain bonuses to avoid ambush and initiative when ambushed.
Greater Crack Shot Deal 6d6 extra damage on a single attack with a revolver or rifle.
Hammer Fan Gain 2 attacks from Rapid Shot instead of 1 when wielding one Revolver.
Hammer of Justice Smite chaotic creatures and combine Crack Shot with Smite against Chaotic Evil creatures.
Improved Crack Shot Deal 4d6 extra damage on a single attack with a revolver or rifle.
Rifleman Safely use a rifle in a threatened area and shoot from the hip.
Your Father's Guns You gain a relatives revolvers, their rifle, or their shotgun.
Metamagic
Energy Substitution: Water Deal spell damage with blasts of water dealing subdual damage and quenching fires both mundane and magical.
Suppress Spell Suppress the visual and audible cues of a spell.
Primordial
Greater Obfuscate Cast more powerful spells with your Obfuscate ability.
Improved Increased Primordial Capacity Yet more PPP for your character.
Increased Primordial Capacity Increase your PPP reserve.
Primordial Metamagic Expend PPP to use Metamagic Feats at a lower spell level.
Primordial Rage You may extend your rage with PPP.
Primordial Tap Cast spells from a domain using your PPP.
Racial
Hardened Anatomy Increase the protection afforded by your Odd anatomy ability.
Hulking Parts Further improve your bulk.
Innate Spell Cast a spell which mimics or enhances your abilities to more closely resemble your mate type.
Large Body Type You are a large-sized robot.
Natural Weapons Gain natural weapons such as claws and bite.
So Real Interact with figments.
Sterner Stuff Improve your natural armor.
