The Revelry Rite of Samhain

Tribute: 1gp in incense and 2gp in alcohol or psychotropic substances per participant
Sacrifice: 20xp per participant
Effect: Samhain occurs during the fall equinox and, for humans, it is a night of unbelievable debauchery. Other races treat it as more of a solemn rite. Unlike other rituals, during the Joy of High Summer, participants may separate from the group for up to 10 minutes at a time without breaking their connection from the rite. Participants receive a +2 to three different charisma-based skill checks for 6 months or a +1 to fortitude saves for 6 months
Empowerment: Increase the threshold by 2 for each participant.
